About Kathleen McCarragher

Kathleen McCarragher brings 40 years of experience to her role as the head of growth equity, managing director, and portfolio manager at Jennison, responsible for growth equity assets of $100 billion. She is also a member of the firm’s leadership management team and board of directors. Prior to Jennison, McCarragher was a managing director and the director of large-cap growth equities with Weiss, Peck & Greer. She was previously with State Street Research & Management, as a research analyst, a portfolio manager and member of the investment committee. She received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. McCarragher has served on the board, executive committee, finance committee, and investment committee of several organizations, including in the fields of education and conservation/recreation.
