Nature Mapping Jackson Hole with Jackson Hole Wildlife Foundation
Nature Mapping Jackson Hole is a community science initiative which seeks to obtain long-term, accurate wildlife data in Jackson Hole and surrounding areas via volunteer use of a data entry portal and app. Volunteers are required to attend a certification course prior to using the app. A variety of projects are available for certified Nature Mappers, such as Moose Day, and Mountain Bluebird Nestbox Monitoring. The current training dates and times are as follows:
Wednesday, August 28 from 5:30-7:30 pm
Thursday, September 26 from 5-7pm
Saturday, October 19 from 10 am -12pm
Wednesday, November 13 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am (Virtual)
Thursday, December 5 from 5-7pm
