Hillary Frances and her con­sult­ing firm, Fly­ing Whale Strate­gies, is expe­ri­enced in design­ing learn­ing expe­ri­ences that help Jack­son Hole non­prof­its achieve bold impact. To date, she has pro­vid­ed coach­ing, inten­sives, and work­shops on fundrais­ing-spe­cif­ic top­ics. The inten­sive offered in the spring of 2025 will pro­vide a 2.0 fundrais­ing train­ing for orga­ni­za­tions who have already attend­ed a fundrais­ing inten­sive, but also be appro­pri­ate for those who have not.

Each par­tic­i­pat­ing orga­ni­za­tion will receive:

• 12 hours of trans­for­ma­tive learning
• An inten­sive-spe­cif­ic hand­book for each participant
• 2 post-inten­sive one-on-one coach­ing sessions
• Access to crit­i­cal tem­plates and tools

This inten­sive pro­vides advanced fundrais­ing train­ing. By the end of the 12 hours, lead­ers will have sur­veyed their fundrais­ing oper­a­tion and deter­mined the most sig­nif­i­cant changes that will gen­er­ate rev­enue. We will work through the fol­low­ing topics:

• The rela­tion­ship between pro­gram­ming and fundraising
• Fundrais­ing strategies
• Fundrais­ing Infrastructure
• Major Gifts
• Annu­al Giving
• Cor­po­rate Sponsorships
• Grants
• Events

This pro­gram is designed for fundrais­ers and lead­ers of non­prof­its across Teton Coun­ty. There are no pre­req­ui­sites for this inten­sive. Indi­vid­u­als who have attend­ed a pre­vi­ous Seed or Fly­ing Whale Strate­gies inten­sive will ben­e­fit as this one pro­vides an oppor­tu­ni­ty to re-eval­u­ate the plan and refine skills. Indi­vid­u­als who are new to fundrais­ing will also find this inten­sive use­ful as it will guide their think­ing on what ques­tions to ask as they learn. 

Orga­ni­za­tions who reg­is­ter for the Inten­sive are required to attend both days of the inten­sive. A work­ing lunch will be includ­ed both days.
