A two-day intensive workshop to improve your fundraising performance
$700 per organization (for up to 3 people)
Facilitated by Hillary Francis, Founder and Principal, Flying Whale Strategies
Hillary Frances and her consulting firm, Flying Whale Strategies, is experienced in designing learning experiences that help Jackson Hole nonprofits achieve bold impact. To date, she has provided coaching, intensives, and workshops on fundraising-specific topics. The intensive offered in the spring of 2025 will provide a 2.0 fundraising training for organizations who have already attended a fundraising intensive, but also be appropriate for those who have not.
Each participating organization will receive:
- 12 hours of transformative learning
- An intensive-specific handbook for each participant
- 2 post-intensive one-on-one coaching sessions
- Access to critical templates and tools
This intensive provides advanced fundraising training. By the end of the 12 hours, leaders will have surveyed their fundraising operation and determined the most significant changes that will generate revenue. We will work through the following topics:
- The relationship between programming and fundraising
- Fundraising strategies
- Fundraising Infrastructure
- Major Gifts
- Annual Giving
- Corporate Sponsorships
- Grants
- Events
This program is designed for fundraisers and leaders of nonprofits across Teton County. There are no prerequisites for this intensive. Individuals who have attended a previous Seed or Flying Whale Strategies intensive will benefit as this one provides an opportunity to re-evaluate the plan and refine skills. Individuals who are new to fundraising will also find this intensive useful as it will guide their thinking on what questions to ask as they learn.
Organizations who register for the Intensive are required to attend both days of the intensive. A working lunch will be included both days.
