Are you look­ing to grow in your pro­fes­sion­al role, but aren’t sure how? Are you seek­ing greater ful­fill­ment and well-being at work? Whether you’re a mid-career pro­fes­sion­al or just a few years in, this dynam­ic work­shop is designed to equip you with the tools and strate­gies you need to tru­ly thrive.

Par­tic­i­pants will explore the fol­low­ing topics:

  • Clar­i­fy­ing vision and val­ues to use in decision-making
  • Shift­ing per­spec­tives and see­ing obsta­cles as opportunities
  • Iden­ti­fy­ing sources of sup­port for the process of pro­fes­sion­al growth
  • Increas­ing self-aware­ness and emo­tion­al intelligence
  • Cre­at­ing action steps for accom­plish­ing goals

Par­tic­i­pants are invit­ed to come to the work­shop with at least one top­ic from their work life about which they would like to gain fur­ther clar­i­ty and insight. They should also bring along a will­ing­ness to share, lis­ten, and be vulnerable. 

Par­tic­i­pa­tion is lim­it­ed to non­prof­it pro­fes­sion­als who are cur­rent­ly not in an Exec­u­tive Direc­tor role.
